Xsquash is compatible with Jira Data Center


Link your Squash TM projects with your Jira Data Center projects now with Xsquash

The Xsquash suite allows you to interface Squash TM with Jira and manage tests in an agile context.


Within Squash TM, the plugin "Xsquash4Jira" allows you to sync Jira user stories as requirements in Squash TM and to conceive execution plans from a sprint or a specific version in Jira thanks to an assistant.


In Jira, "Xsquash" allows the product owner to monitor the acceptance progress in Squash TM. They can view the tests and executions details directly from Jira user stories.

Until now only available for Jira Cloud and Jira Server, Xsquash is now also compatible with Jira Data Center.

  • Multi-synchronization servers configuration


Xsquash allows an admin to report multiple Squash TM synchronization servers.

  • Unit configuration by project :


Xsquash must be individually configured by project in the project's parameters. You can select a synchronization server in the list and modify the name of the tabs that recover test cases and executions data.

  • New display of tabs in the "Activity" part of the project's issues :


In the "Activity" part of the project's issues, there are two new tabs:

- The tab "Squash TM Test Case" lists all the details of the test cases covering the issue's synced requirements in a table;


- The "Squash TM Execution" lists all the executions of these test cases.


From the ticket tab on Jira, the activity part allows you to view your Squash TM test cases and executions

  • Squash TM Test Case tab Information details :


The "Squash TM Test Case" tab allows you to see the following data for every test case:


- Attributes;

- Description;

- Prerequisites;

- Datasets;

- Test steps;

- Last execution status.


From this tab, you can also access test cases consultation pages in Squash TM.

  • Squash TM Executions tab Information details :


The "Squash TM Executions" tab allows you to see the following data for every executed test case:


- Attributes;

- Datasets;

- Comments;

- Execution steps;

- Execution status.


From this tab, you can also access the consultation pages of iterations, test cases, and executions within Squash TM.
